This website is operated by ROI TECHNOLOGIES under the GOAT brand. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Refunds and Privacy policies presented on the website. The published business and support details identify the seller.

Products, prices and taxes

Product prices are shown in Indian rupees (INR). Applicable GST is included in the displayed product price. Delivery on website orders is free. Product descriptions, finish photographs, availability and specifications appear on the product pages. We do not promise performance beyond the published specifications and usage conditions.

Payments and order confirmation

You may use the payment methods available at checkout. Online payment is processed through Cashfree when enabled. An order becomes paid only after server-side payment verification; a bank debit or browser message alone is not proof of a completed order. If payment is pending or fails, check the order status before retrying. A verified paid order receives an invoice; a COD invoice shows the balance due.

Delivery

Confirmed, in-stock orders normally dispatch within 24–48 hours. Estimated delivery is 2–3 days after dispatch, subject to courier serviceability and delays. See Shipping & Delivery for the full process and contact support for tracking or non-delivery concerns.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Request cancellation before dispatch through support with your order reference. No cancellation fee applies before dispatch. After dispatch, the Returns & Refunds policy applies. Approved online refunds are sent to the original payment method. Refund processing and bank-credit status are distinct; support can provide the refund reference. These terms do not limit applicable consumer remedies.

Responsible use and account security

Provide accurate order and contact details. Keep your password and verification codes private. Do not use this website for fraud, impersonation, unauthorised access or interference with other customers. Account records and product-code checks do not replace verified purchase evidence.

GOAT™ is the brand used by ROI TECHNOLOGIES. An application for registration of the GOAT trademark has been filed; registration is pending. The ™ symbol identifies the trademark claim and does not represent completed registration.

The GOAT name, logos and original website content may not be used to misrepresent affiliation, authorisation or product origin. Any permitted use must respect applicable law and the rights of its owner. Other names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Indian law. Subject to mandatory law, courts of competent jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over contractual disputes. This does not restrict your right to approach a competent consumer commission, data-protection authority or other statutory forum, including a forum available where you reside or work, where the law permits. No provision waives a non-excludable consumer right.
