Delivery is free for orders placed on the GOAT website. No shipping fee is added at checkout. Availability depends on courier serviceability of your delivery PIN code.
Dispatch and delivery estimates
We normally dispatch confirmed, in-stock orders within 24–48 hours. Delivery is estimated at 2–3 days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; weekends, holidays, courier disruptions and remote locations may affect timing. We will communicate a material delay and help you review available options.
Order confirmation and tracking
Online orders are confirmed after the payment provider verifies payment. COD orders are subject to order and delivery verification. Tracking details appear in your order record once a carrier and tracking reference are assigned. Contact support with your order reference for delivery assistance.
Address and delivery issues
Check your address, mobile number and PIN code before ordering. Request corrections through support before dispatch. Report damaged packaging, missing items, an incorrect product or non-delivery promptly. We will review the circumstances and arrange the appropriate remedy; an unboxing video is helpful but is not mandatory.
Cancellation before dispatch
You may request cancellation before dispatch without a cancellation fee. Contact support with your order reference. A paid cancelled order is refunded to the original payment method after confirmation. Once dispatched, use the published Returns & Refunds process; applicable rights for damaged, faulty or incorrect goods remain available.
Returns and service shipments
Free order delivery does not change the carry-in warranty transportation rules. For returns or warranty service, wait for support to confirm the destination, process and any applicable transport charge. Read Returns & Refunds and Warranty & Service before sending a product.
